- Fire Protection – working drawings and hydraulic calculations, automatic sprinkler systems, specialty sprinkler systems (ESFR, Large Drop, Preaction, Deluge, Foam, etc), fire alarm systems, new water supplies (fire and booster pumps, gravity tanks, etc.), gaseous suppression systems, etc.
- Building Construction as it relates to Property Loss Control
- Exposures to Natural Perils – flood, hurricane, tornado, collapse (snow)
- Reviews in accordance with NFPA standards, general HPR practices and/or insurance company requirements.
- Specialties include fire protection system analysis, windstorm protection, roof collapse analysis
